Yoga Basics focuses on alignment and awareness. This class is designed to introduce you to the fundamental principles of yoga, and nurture a harmonious connection between mind, body, and breath. You will learn foundational yoga poses (asanas) and their modifications, empowering you to practice with confidence and ease.
The poses may be modified to make them accessible to everyone. Your yoga instructor will provide guidance on how to safely modify each pose as needed.
No experience needed. Mats and props provided.
