Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that's done while seated or using a chair for balance, making the practice more accessible. It's perfect for people of all ages and fitness levels, and is a great way to improve your flexibility, strength, and balance, while also reducing stress and promoting relaxation.
In this class, you can expect to do a variety of seated poses that are modified to make them accessible to everyone. The instructor will provide guidance on how to safely modify each pose as needed.
