Mark your calendars for Friday, August 15th! What is the Self-Care Fair? It’s a day where we open our doors and show everyone in the community what we offer at True Balance Center for Breath and Bodywork: Massage Therapy, Breathwork, Reiki, Yoga and more. There will be group activities scheduled throughout the day, and you also have the opportunity to book a private mini-treatment session. Light refreshments and small plate hors d’oeuvres will be served throughout the event. Each person gets a raffle ticket for a chance to win awesome prizes! Raffle ticket sales/proceeds go to Eye CU Inc a local charity and non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality eye care to community individuals in need.
