Throughout my years as a massage therapist, I have continuously sought to expand my knowledge and refine my skills by integrating a diverse range of therapeutic modalities into my practice. My primary commitment remains centered on the holistic well-being of each client. I am dedicated to providing the most effective and personalized treatments possible, drawing upon a comprehensive understanding of various techniques and tailoring each session to meet individual needs and goals. My passion for this work stems from a deep desire to empower individuals to discover and embrace healthy pathways toward an improved quality of life.

A significant turning point in my own wellness journey was my personal introduction to the transformative power of Breathwork. This profound experience opened my eyes to another dimension of healing, revealing the crucial role of healthy breathing patterns in both our physical and emotional well-being. I came to understand that consciously utilizing the breath could unlock pathways to emotional release and healing, complementing the physical benefits I had long observed in my massage practice.

Driven by this personal experience and a desire to share the benefits of conscious breathing with others, I pursued certification as a Breathwork Facilitator and Breathing Coach. Currently, my primary focus lies in guiding individuals and groups through transformative breathwork sessions. While my passion for massage therapy remains strong, my practice is now intentionally limited to serving clients with specific needs in the area of scar tissue healing. I am eager to connect with you and explore how my diverse skills and experiences can support you on your unique healing journey.

Director, LMT, Certified Breathing Coach

My journey in healthcare began in Germany, where I embarked on a fulfilling career as a registered nurse. This foundational experience provided me with an extensive understanding of human physiology, pathology, and the intricacies of patient care.

Upon relocating to the United States, I sought a new avenue to apply my knowledge and my innate desire to help others. This led me to pursue formal training in massage therapy, a discipline where I discovered a profound passion for facilitating healing through direct, hands-on techniques.

My nursing background proved to be an invaluable asset in my transition to massage therapy. The deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the interconnectedness of bodily systems I gained as a nurse provided a robust framework for assessing client needs, identifying underlying issues, and developing effective treatment plans. I found immense satisfaction in the tangible results of massage therapy, witnessing firsthand how it could alleviate pain, promote relaxation, and accelerate recovery from injuries. The direct, hands-on nature of the work resonated deeply with me, offering a unique and rewarding way to contribute to the well-being of others.
